Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 2025
Applies to: mimahub.net and all sub-domains (e.g., policymatcher.mimahub.net, trustedhomeoffers.mimahub.net).

1) Who We Are

Mima Hub (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates informational and lead-generation websites that route/redirect users to licensed partners and third-party offer pages. We are not an insurance company and not a government agency.

Contact: support@mimahub.net

2) Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you:

  • browse our pages and landing pages;
  • click through to third-party partners (e.g., quote, enrollment, or quiz funnels);
  • interact with our ads, analytics, and tracking pixels.

When you submit data on a partner site, your data is governed by that partner’s privacy policy. Please read partner policies carefully.

3) Categories of Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you, automatically via cookies/pixels, and from service providers.

A. Information you provide to us (on our pages):

  • Contact details (e.g., name, email, phone) only if a form exists on our site.
  • Any messages you send to us.

B. Information you may provide on partner pages (not collected by us):

  • Eligibility details (age, ZIP, program status, income range, household size, property info, etc.).
  • Consent to be contacted by licensed agents/providers.

C. Automatically collected (on our pages):

  • Device and browser info, IP address, approximate location (country/region), language, timestamps, page URLs, referrers.
  • Advertising and attribution parameters (e.g., UTM tags and subid values).
  • Event data (pageviews, clicks, scrolls, conversions routed).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive medical records, SSNs, or payment card numbers on our pages.

4) Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to:

  • operate and secure the site;
  • measure performance and detect fraud;
  • attribute advertising and improve campaign relevance;
  • pass non-identifying parameters (e.g., UTM, subid) to partners for attribution.

You can manage cookies via your browser settings. To opt out of interest-based ads broadly, visit:

  • Digital Advertising Alliance: aboutads.info/choices
  • Network Advertising Initiative: optout.networkadvertising.org
  • YourAdChoices (mobile): settings in iOS/Android for ad personalization

5) How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the site and routing features;
  • Measure and attribute marketing performance;
  • Prevent, investigate, and mitigate fraud, abuse, and prohibited traffic;
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support;
  • Comply with law, legal process, and enforce our Terms of Use & Policies.

6) How We Share Information

We may share or allow access to information with:

  • Service providers/Processors (hosting, analytics, anti-fraud, security, email delivery, ad platforms) under contracts restricting use to our instructions;
  • Partners/Networks to attribute traffic and validate clicks/leads when you click out (we may pass non-identifying parameters such as campaign IDs, subid, or pixel IDs);
  • Legal/Compliance recipients where required by law, regulation, or to protect rights and security;
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell your personal information for unrelated purposes. Some ad-tech sharing may be considered “sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising” under certain U.S. state laws; see Section 10 for opt-out.

7) Data Retention

We retain logs and analytics data only as long as necessary for the purposes described (typically 3–24 months, depending on the data type), unless a longer period is required by law, security, or auditing.

8) Security

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Children’s Privacy

Our sites are intended for U.S. adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact support@mimahub.net to request deletion.

10) Your Privacy Choices & State Rights (U.S.)

Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, opt-out of sale/sharing, or appeal our decision.
Requests related to our sites (not partner sites) can be submitted to support@mimahub.net with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request (e.g., via email confirmation). Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.

Opt-out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising:

  • Use the ad-tech opt-out links in Section 4.
  • Adjust browser settings to send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal; we honor GPC where applicable.
  • You may also email support@mimahub.net with “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” in the subject line.

11) International Visitors

Our services target U.S. users. If you access from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S., where laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12) Third-Party Sites & Partners

Links to third-party sites (e.g., quote, enrollment, or quiz funnels) are provided for your convenience. We do not control their content or policies. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their terms and privacy notices.
